33superph Terms & Conditions

To register and use 33superph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 33superph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 33superph Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 33superph or any applicable regulatory authority.

33superph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To access the full features of 33superph, you must create a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 33superph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 33superph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended immediately, and all associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33superph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 33superph will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, or email. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 33superph support immediately.

33superph is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

33superph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven, among other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 33superph targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 30 minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary.

All transactions on 33superph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 33superph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

33superph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Deposits that cannot be verified as legitimate may be frozen pending investigation.

33superph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

33superph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. 33superph does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 33superph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account. 33superph's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33superph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33superph staff or other players

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 33superph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 33superph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

33superph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 33superph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 33superph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

33superph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

33superph implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

33superph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 33superph will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, 33superph may also notify registered players of significant changes via the Platform or by SMS to the registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the 33superph Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 33superph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
